Child Safety Standards

2NIGHT has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves and every member to.

Adults only

2NIGHT is a dating app strictly for people aged 18 and over (or older, where the age of majority is higher). The age selector starts at 18, our Terms require every member to be an adult, and on Google Play the app is restricted to users Google has not identified as minors. Any account we believe belongs to a minor is removed.

What is prohibited

The following are banned on 2NIGHT, in profiles, photos, albums, messages, plans and video calls, without exception:

What we do when it happens

Any account involved in CSAE is permanently banned, the moment we are aware of it — there is no warning and no appeal. We preserve the relevant evidence and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent law-enforcement authorities in the relevant country, as required by law. We cooperate fully with law-enforcement requests about child safety.

How to report

In the app: open the profile and tap the shield, or open the ⋯ menu at the top of a chat and choose Report. Every report goes to our safety reviewer; the person reported is never told who filed it. Reports that concern a minor are handled first.

By email: write to support@2night.co. You do not need an account to report. Please do not attach or forward the material itself — describe where you saw it (profile name, plan, date) and we will find it.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. You can also report CSAM directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline, or in France to PHAROS.

Compliance

2NIGHT complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations, including the obligation to report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the App Store Review Guidelines.
